You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Any discounts or promotions applied to your original order will be factored into the refund amount. For items purchased as part of a bundle or set, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportional value of the returned item within the complete set.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation.
If after contacting your financial institution you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your purchase and refund confirmation. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation and provide you with a resolution.
